Full Description: This is the required course for Certification Evaluators to take to maintain their credentials as an evaluator. These courses will be offered in-person only and will be at the various test sites throughout the commonwealth.

Prerequisites: What state issued your driver's license
Do you have "Air Brake" endorsement on you license
What class of Driver's License do you possess

I hereby certify that the statements contained herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that if I knowingly make false statements herein, I am subject to penalties prescribed by law, including, but not limited to, a fine of at least $1,000.00"
In accordance with the Certification Evaluator Policy - Each evaluator must attest to at least 6 hours of Continuing Education in the Fire Service. Have you completed 6 hours of continuing education in the last 12 months?
