Advanced Logger Rescue Training - ALRT - 112

Brief Description: Instruct on how to handle an “in woods” rescue until the victim reaches a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Full Description: This course was designed to educate students on how to become rescuers, to protect the patient, and prevent rescuers from becoming victims themselves.

Resources Required: Students are required to bring personal protective equipment including hardhat, work gloves, safety glasses, safety-toe footwear and work clothes appropriate for the weather.

Signup Details: Thank you for your interest in the Advanced Logger Rescue Course put on by both the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy and the Northern Tier Hardwoods Association (NTHA). Your participation in the class is appreciated and shows your determination to the PA Fire and Rescue Services,

You must dual enroll through the NTHA's website. There is a fifty-dollar charge for enrollment. This charge is payable to the NTHA and will be reimbursed upon class completion.
